The Fine Art of Offering Feedback

Giving constructive feedback is a way to improve interpersonal relationships, permitting people to stop playing games of guessing at expectations and evaluations. It requires all the best communication skills we can gather – using neutral language, describing what the person actually did rather than assessing his or her character or motives and using real feeling words rather than blame-words.
